Managing a project can sometimes seem like it’s going off the rails, while others can come together easily. No matter the end-result, there is a process getting there.

By defining the project scope, objectives, stakeholders expectations and deliverables, I am off to the races. Communicating to the project team along the way is important as well as managing risk and contingency planning for unexpected situations.
