How are you doing? Where are you right now? What’s your favourite colour? Without knowing anything about you, I have to assume a lot of things. This isn’t the ideal approach because I may not have your interest for long and you’ll watch an episode of House of Cards. Right?
To know and understand your audience you have to ask them questions. Often the answers may surprise you or not. Either way it’s good to check the temperature and dictate how you communicate to your target audiences.

- Data was collected during the March 10-26, 2014 period. The survey required 12 minutes to complete, on average.
